Refund and Returns Policy

At The Fat Trap, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thefattrap.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

 Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
